1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Acureta's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
3. Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to use the platform for:
- Harassment, stalking, or doxxing of individuals.
- Illegal surveillance or accessing data without authorization.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Interfering with the integrity or performance of the platform.
- Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
2. Description of Services
Acureta provides AI-driven security operations, threat intelligence, digital forensics, and compliance automation services. Our platform includes various modules and features designed to help organizations manage security and compliance requirements.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, ensuring authorized use of the platform, complying with all applicable laws, and using the services only for lawful purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Acureta platform are owned by Acureta and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
Acureta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
6. Payment Terms
Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually in advance. We accept credit cards and ACH payments via Stripe.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 7 days before the renewal date.
Failed Payments: A 3-day grace period is provided. After this, access to paid features will be suspended until payment is resolved.
Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
7. Refund Policy
Subscription refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. Monthly subscriptions are prorated upon cancellation. Annual subscriptions are refunded proportionally for unused months. Specialist service payments held in escrow are subject to the dispute resolution process outlined below.
8. Escrow Services
Acureta provides secure escrow for specialist services. Payments are held until milestone completion or client approval. Funds release within 48 hours of approval. Disputes are reviewed by our team within 72 hours. A 5% platform fee applies to all escrowed transactions. Refunds for disputed work follow our mediation process.
9. Service Levels
We target 99.9% platform uptime. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. Support response times: Critical issues within 4 hours, standard inquiries within 24 hours. Enterprise plans include dedicated support with faster response times.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. Outstanding payments remain due. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions. For informal resolution, contact law@acureta.org before initiating arbitration.
