We use collected information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, ensure platform security, comply with legal obligations, and deliver personalized experiences.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in our operations, when required by law, or with your consent.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments to protect your data.

6. AI and Data Processing
Acureta uses artificial intelligence to provide legal research, threat intelligence, and reporting services. AI models process your queries and case data to generate insights. We use OpenAI and Anthropic services, which process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. By default, your data is NOT used to train AI models. All AI processing is ephemeral unless you explicitly save results.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account closure, personal data is deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records, legal compliance). You may request immediate deletion by contacting help@acureta.org.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and ensure adequate protection for international transfers in compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
9. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), OpenAI and Anthropic (AI processing), Vercel (hosting), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each processes data according to their privacy policies and our Data Processing Agreement terms.
